"Odd One Out" is a free multiplayer party game. Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We collect the minimum data necessary to run the game:
We do not collect:
Player names and game data are used solely to run multiplayer game sessions. Data is stored temporarily on our server during active games and is not used for analytics, advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.
Game data is stored in a SQLite database on our server (deducto.de) located in Germany. Game sessions and associated player data are automatically cleaned up after games end. We do not maintain long-term user profiles or accounts.
We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to third parties. No analytics services, advertising networks, or tracking tools are integrated into the app.
The app does not use any third-party SDKs, APIs, or services. All assets (fonts, images, avatars) are bundled locally within the app. The only network communication is between the app and our own game server.
This app is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since no account or personal data is required to play, the app does not distinguish between age groups.
Since we do not collect persistent personal data or maintain user accounts, there is no stored profile to access, modify, or delete. Game data is ephemeral and tied to active sessions only.
If you have questions about your data, contact us at the address below.
All communication between the app and our server uses HTTPS encryption. Player names are filtered for inappropriate content before being accepted.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
